Great attorney
Eric is one of the best straight forward attorneys i have hired. He got my case from no bond allowed to get it dismissed. I recommend him to anyone i care for.

My friend is a mess had a probation revocation
If you're here looking for an attorney because you have a family member or friend that seems to just fall into trouble stop looking and hire Eric. My friend was looking at have his probation revoked and getting the 7 year back time of which he would have to serve a minimum of 3.5 years. Eric got the probation reinstated even with the District attorney, his probation officer and the judge suggesting prison time. The judge went with Eric and gave my mess of a friend another chance. He got a golden ticket that day and it's because of his lawyers hard work. I am 100% happy with Eric and would hire him again. Thanks so much.

You need a criminal lawyer? Look no further!!
We have a horrible neighbor...so we have mutual Order's of Protection in STL County to keep us all away from one another. That's not good enough for our neighbor, he filed a Motion for Special Prosecutor since he was unable to get the County Police to do anything about us looking out our windows or getting our mail - those actions aren't illegal - but somehow he convinced a STL County Prosecutor they were. We needed a criminal attorney - I spoke to about 5 other attorneys before Eric and none of them wanted anything to do with this! Eric took the case and from the time he did, I felt instantly better and more confident about things! He took the time to speak to us, to find out what was going on and what was behind these accusations and the case was dismissed. We never had to speak to the judge or the prosecutor, Eric took care of everything! If we ever need help like this again (let's hope, we don't ;o) I know exactly where to go!!

Speeding Ticket
Eric helped me with a speeding ticket in a special enforcement zone. I was going 84 in a 60. With his advice to do an online MADD panel, he was able to get it lowered and I never had to go to court

First of all Eric is very reachable and actively responds to all your enquiries. There was not a single time where I felt he was annoyed or frustrated with my tons of questions. Transaction with Eric was very smooth. My daughter had a speeding ticket, going 26 over the limit. Eric was able to get the ticket resolved so she does not get any points on her record.
